The name, Grupo Los Menceyes was chosen in honour of the last Mencey kings that ruled the Canary Island during the aboriginal Guanche era.
Our group has been operating since 2001 in the prestigious urbanisation of Palm Mar, were the first project, Bahía los Menceyes Phase I, was presented on the 29th September 2001. From the beginning, Grupo Los Menceyes has concentrated on promoting luxury residences as a second home.
