Phase I
Phase I consists of two buildings, Both Acaymo and Pelicar contains 15 apartments, each housing ten apartments and five penthouses. Each building has three floors and there are five apartments or penthouses on each floor.
Residents can enter via any of the three different entrances of the building all of which are at street level.Spacious solariums and swimming pool with a cascading waterfall is surrounded by exotic landscaped gardens.
The parking area is situated underground and is only for Residential use. Each apartment and penthouse has an individual parking space with a large secure storage room.
The top floor is destinated to the second floor of the duplex apartments.
Phase II
consists of 84 apartments divided over 7 entrances or blocs. AÑATERVE has 12 apartments, BENEHARO, TEGUESTE, ROMEN, ADJONA, BENCOMO and PELINOR also have 12 apartments.Pedestrians can get in via the diferent entrances of the building which are at streetlevel of the complex.
The swimming pool with its solarium is situated at ground level and its instalations are one level below the ground floor.
The closed garages, parking spaces and store rooms, machine rooms, water tanks and communal areas are situated below ground level. In total there are 124 garages which own storage rooms.

Phase IV has two buildings, Alzaro which borders on the “La Rasca” natural park and Texana which has a marvellous view of the Atlantic ocean and the island of La Gomera.
This phase has a total of 16 luxury apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms and penthouses divided into two floors. Just like all theother buildings in the Bahia de los Menceyes projects, the common areas are surrounded by luscious tropical gardens with a heated swimming pool with waterfalls and artificial lakes.
There are also 6 offices in the residential area and 14 commercial premises with storage rooms at the bottom of PaseoTucán.
There is a common garage with parking spaces, storage rooms, as there are in all the buildings of the project.
